What are the Current Processing Times?
Our current processing times are typically 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it is shipped. It does not include the shipping time, which may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Blue Moose Studios ME. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request return approval. Include your order number and details (including pictures, if it is a damaged product) about the item you would like to return. We will respond within 1 day with instructions on how to proceed if your return is approved.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:
- Only refunds to the original form of payment are accepted.
- Digital, printable, and custom orders do not qualify for refunds.
- The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Clearance sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Costs If your item meets our eligibility criteria, we will cover the costs of shipping the item back to us.
Return Time-frame
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 calendar days have passed. If you attempt to make a return after this period, we will send the item back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
What about the refund process?
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You can expect to receive your refund in the following manner:
- If you are returning the item by mail, please allow 1-3 weeks for us to receive the item.
- Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days to process the return and initiate the refund.
- If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

What is your Shipping Policy?
At Blue Moose Studios ME, we strive to provide you with the best possible shipping options. We currently offer shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Flat Rate. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping option (up to 15.999oz) and typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive within the United States. If you require faster shipping, we also offer USPS Priority Flat Rate, which the USPS guarantees delivery within 1-3 business days.
Please note that processing times for orders may vary and are typically within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
What if I have a problem with my delivery?
Please contact the carrier service (USPS) to find out more information regarding your parcel. You’ll need to provide them with your tracking number and package description. You can contact me to get more information on your package and I will assist you in any way possible.
PACKAGES SHOWING DELIVERED (but you can’t locate them)
- Check your tracking info which can be found with your order info to see when it was delivered.
- Ask family members if they picked up the mail that day (sometimes kids get the mail and leave it in their room) yes, I had this happen to a customer of mine.
- Ask your neighbors to see if they happened to receive your package by mistake.
- Take your tracking number to your local post office and ask them to look it up to see where it was left. When a package is delivered it is scanned and your delivery person makes a note as to where they left it (Mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc)
- If you still can’t locate your package you will need to file a police report.
Blue Moose Studios ME cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Therefore, we recommend providing a secure delivery address and note that packages showing as delivered will not be eligible for refunds. It is essential for all customers to ensure a safe place for mail delivery.

Printable/Digital Disclaimer:
Please note that all print-at-home products from Blue Moose Studios ME are provided as digital files only. No physical product will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable file or access to a digital file that you can print or use electronically.
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings and printer capabilities. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you have the necessary equipment and knowledge to use and print the digital file. All sales of digital/printable products are final and non-refundable. Additionally, the quality of the final printed product may depend on the quality of your printer and the paper used.
Blue Moose Studios ME cannot be held responsible for any color or quality differences that may occur during the printing process. By purchasing and using our print-at-home products, you agree to use them at your own risk and take responsibility for any variations or inconsistencies that may occur during the printing process.
